Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Knytra / Knytra Streetwear, operated by Kyraas Jewel Enterprises.
Shipping fee
A standard shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies throughout the store on every order.
Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and internal order checks. Processing may take longer during launches, limited drops, sales periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Delivery timeline
Delivery timelines may vary by destination, courier availability, payment confirmation, weather, local restrictions, operational delays, and other factors outside our direct control. Where available, estimated delivery or tracking information will be shared through checkout, order updates, email, SMS, or courier communication.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address while placing the order. Knytra is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided details.
Delivery attempts
If a courier is unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable, contact details are incorrect, payment or verification is incomplete, or the address is not serviceable, the courier may return the shipment. Additional actions will be handled according to courier rules and applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect shipment concerns
If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact support@knytra.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video evidence. Reporting an issue does not automatically qualify the order for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation unless required by applicable law or approved by Knytra in writing.
