This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Knytra / Knytra Streetwear, operated by Kyraas Jewel Enterprises.
Final sale policy
All orders are final once placed. Knytra follows a No Return, No Exchange, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy.
No returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, colour preference, change of mind, product selection errors, address errors, delayed delivery expectations, or any other customer preference reason.
No refunds
Refunds are not provided after an order is placed, except where required by applicable law or where Knytra confirms an exception in writing.
No cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your product, size, quantity, shipping address, contact details, and payment information carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect or damaged item concerns
If you believe the item received is incorrect or damaged, contact support@knytra.com promptly with your order number, photos, and video evidence. Knytra may review the issue and respond with the available resolution, if any. A review request does not guarantee a return, exchange, refund, or cancellation unless required by applicable law or approved by Knytra in writing.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support first for any order concern. Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may delay resolution and may require additional verification from payment providers.
